Hurricanes top 45's in Exhibition rematch
On Sunday, the Halton Hurricanes U11 AAA team hosted the Brampton 45's in exhibition action, their first home game of the season.
Halton nursed a 2-1 lead through 2 periods before breaking the game open with 3 goals in the 3rd skating to a 5-1 victory.
Owen John got the 'W' between the pipes, James Del Duca led the offence with a hat-trick while newcomer Callan Cabral had a goal and 3 assists in his Hurricanes debut.
Hayden Cochren added the other goal for the 'Canes, Anthony Terkalas had 2 helpers while Jake Janjevich and Cal Reilly each added assists to round out the scoring.
The Hurricanes will be right back at it on Tuesday at 7pm when they host the Oakville Rangers in exhibition action.
