Last minute goal gives 'Canes win @ Sleeman Centre
The Halton Hurricanes and Oakville Rangers played an exhibition game on Sunday afternoon at the Sleeman Centre in Guelph. Halton was able to edge out a win (4-3) as Evan Meehan scored with over 30 seconds to go to give the 'Canes the win.




Anthony Terkalas scored the other 3 goals for the Hurricanes, netting his first hat trick of the year.

Owen John & Brayden Park split the game in net for the Hurricanes who, following the game all got to take in some OHL action together with the Guelph Storm hosting the Niagara Ice Dogs. Guelph put on a good show for the kids, tying the game with 12 seconds to go before winning in 3 on 3 overtime.

The Hurricanes will have some practice time before they head to Hamilton on March 4th for their next league game.
