Sunday Update
On Sunday @ Sherwood Arena in Milton the Novice AAA Hurricanes hosted the Southern Tier Admirals in a battle of 2 teams who had yet to lose in league play.

The Hurricanes came into this game unbeaten in regulation in their first 11 full ice games winning 8, dropping 1 in OT and having tied 2 times.

Southern Tier came into the game rather hot as well, winning their last 3 league games 10-0, 8-0 and 10-0.

As English poet Geoffrey Chauncer said though, "All good things must come to an end".

To note, this popular phrase/proverb/idiom dates back to the early 1300's with Chauncer being referred to as the "Father of English Literature". Notably, he was the first writer buried in Poets' Corner of Westminster Abbey.

The origin of this phrase may be the most interesting thing we learned on Sunday, as Southern Tier proved to be too much for the Hurricanes to handle taking the game by a 5-0 score.

The 'Canes will look to get back on track next Sunday when they host Niagara on Sunday at Sherwood Arena.

Northridge Electrical
Electricity is everywhere. We use it to power our homes, light our streets, increase visibility, etc. Although the ability to 'plug in' may be something we take for granted, it requires the special care of licensed electrical contractors to make that a possibility. Since 1990, our team has been a reliable and trusted source of power across Southern Ontario. The construction industry is constantly evolving, subsequently changing the way we live/work in, and maintain buildings around us. For the most part, energy is not a renewable resource, and therefore must be used in a way which maximizes its efficiency. We are committed to continually researching and implementing the latest sustainable technology available.
