Hurricanes complete sweep of home & home
The Novice AAA Hurricanes beat Buffalo in Georgetown on Sunday by a 7-0 score, completing a sweep of the home & home against the Regals.

Colin Mayberry opened the scoring at 2:35 of the first, scoring an unassisted goal with  wrist shot from the slot on a solid solo rush.

Callum Reilly converted a nice pass from James Del Duca 2 minutes later at 4:36 and the first period ended with the home side up 2-0. 

The 'Canes came out flying in the 2nd, scoring 3 times to take a 5-0 lead.

Willie Clahane knocked home a rebound of a Calum Reilly shot at 1:57, Hayden Cochren fired one home fro the slot at 3:11 (from Rory Parker) and Anthony Terkalas converted a great pass from Nolan Lillicrap at 8:13.

Terkalas and Cochren would add another goal each in the 3rd to wrap up the scoring.

Evan Meehan, Nolan Lillicrap (2), Tyler Hickey, Calum Reilly, Liam Fay, James Del Duca, Rory Parker and Hayden Cochren chipped in with assists.

The Hurricanes have the week off, with the next game coming Sunday @ 11:00am at Sherwood Arena against the powerful Southern Tier Admirals.
