The Peewee Hurricanes finished as Champions in the Limestone City Cup Tournament held January 9 thru January 11 in Kingston Ontario.

They completed their round-robin games with one loss and 3 wins, enough to qualify for the semis. On the way to the semis they lost to the North Bay Trappers 9-0, and defeated the Toronto Nationals 2-1, the Oakville Rangers 4-2 and the Rochester Monarchs 6-1.

In the semis they defeated Kingston Frontenacs 2-0. This set up another meeting with the North Bay Trappers who had beat them 9-0.

NO FEAR - the Hurricanes pulled out all the stops and took the Championship from the North Bay Trappers by a score of 3-1. CONGRATULATIONS ! !
