Kitchener Blueline Tournament
The Kitchener Blueline was held Nov 06 - Nov 09. The Midget, Minor Bantam and Peewee Hurricanes attended with varying levels of success.
The Peewee Hurricanes played hard and came close in two of their matches but were not able to gain a victory.
The Minor Bantam Hurricanes went undefeated (3-0-1) in the round robin portion of the tournament. They defeated North Bay 3-2 in the semi-final and won the GOLD MEDAL by shutting out Chatham Kent 6-0 in the final game.
The Midget Hurricanes were also undefeated (3-0-1) in the round robin. They defeated Richmond Hill 4-0 in the semi-final but came away with the SILVER MEDAL after losing the GOLD MEDAL game to Kitchener 5-3.
CONGRATULATIONS ! ! to all the teams and a WELL DONE! to the medal winners.
